COLD WEATHER AND ME.

Eldoret can sometimes go chilly  until you start wondering whether some continental drift occurred overnight and Eldoret Town got pushed to the North Pole in the process.Below are some  lifestyle changes I usually  make in response to the extremely cold temperatures :

1. Outdoors I dress like an astronaut;baggy jumpers,woolen socks and sometimes very peculiar scarfs.Okay,I think from this description we should replace the word astronaut above with watchman.
2. Indoors am usually wrapped with blankets from  head to toe like a mummy. 
3. Taking a cold shower is like participating in the ice bucket challenge.Let me put it this way;if taking cold showers during the cold season made people millionaires,I would be broke as a Nairobbery victim.  

4.The rate of taking `passports' increases rapidly like the heart rate of a man watching Nicki Minaj's Anaconda music video.

6.Spray cans and cologne bottles are my new friends.

5.Washing items like sweaters,blankets and towels is never in my to-do list during the cold weather. By the way I need a new towel.The last time I washed my current towel(I would not say that the water turned dark like Guinness Lager after rinsing it),it decided to go H.A.M.Yeah,the thing kaukad so much after I hung it to dry that it could stand own its own against the wall like a mabati.I had to be cautious not to get  cut while drying myself  for some days!
